Senhora da Rosa, Tradition & Nature Hotel, has been following the evolution of COVID-19
as well as the recommendations of the General Health Department, in order to be able to
prepare to receive its customers with all the necessary hygiene and safety
procedures.
Our top priority is the safety of our customers and employees, maintaining the highest
hygiene standards and preventive measures to guarantee the quality and normal operation
of the Hotel.
We will request that our customers also take some measures, in order to ensure that
their stay runs as smoothly and safely as possible.
An internal protocol was developed that encompasses all hygiene and cleaning procedures,
which aim to ensure the safety of our guests and employees, among which we would like to
highlight the most significant:
- Creation of hygiene plans by hotel areas / sections;
- Preparation of a room, solely and exclusively, for isolation in case of suspicion and
/ or confirmation of a case with COVID-19 infection;
- Continuous training of the team, so that they strictly follow all procedures;
- Use of personal protective equipment, mandatory for all employees;
- Placement of signs and information for customers and employees, in public areas in
order to remember the rules on hand hygiene, social distance, use of a mask and
respiratory etiquette;
- Frequent and correct hand hygiene;
- Distancing and social conduct;
- Use of additional cleaning products recommended by DGS, for cleaning surfaces and
treating clothes;
- Leave at least a 24-hour period between the use of the same room, by different
customers;
- Use of acrylic panels at the reception desk, to avoid direct contact between customers
and employees;
- Upon arrival, and inside the Villa, the customer will have a kit with a mask, gloves
and disinfectant gel;
- Check-in and check-out can be done through an application available to all
customers;
- Our restaurant will only use 50% of its capacity and breakfast will be continental,
served at the table and personalized, upon prior reservation;
- The menus used in our restaurant will be accessed in digital format;
- All the material used in the restaurant, corresponding to each table occupied with
customers, will be cleaned in front of the customer;
- We will encourage our guests to communicate with us via phone call, message by
whatsapp or email.
